Who is SCAIL?

SCAIL is a sales and marketing solution company that empowers small- to medium-sized business to outsource their sales development in order to rapidly scale. We also supplement larger companies with their salesforce when they need temporary boosts.

Why the 'AI' in SCAIL if you don't offer an AI product?

Our original reason for being was to offer an AI SaaS product for businesses to more effectively handle customer relations. However, we discovered that a lot of small- to medium-sized businesses were confused on how to implement sales development (lead generation, marketing, lead qualifying, etc.) to scale their companies, so we pivoted to offer an comprehensive, outsourced option.

For now, the ‘AI’ in SCAIL is a nod to the AI tools we implement for lead generation as well as tools to enhance our human sales professionals’ speed and effectiveness at every step of the sales development process. But we are still developing our own in-house AI tools to offer in the near future, so stay tuned!

What is an SDR?

Sales Development Representative. SDRs focus on the initial steps of the sales pipeline, including outreach, prospecting, and qualifying leads. They will typically employ tactics such as email outreach, social media interactions, cold-calling, and even mining “ghosted” or “closed-lost” leads.

Are SCAIL's SDRs human or AI?

Our SDRs are 100% human. Because we are making first contact with your prospective customers on your behalf, we believe there is no replacement for human interaction. They deserve  that respect. We do however, empower our SDRs with powerful AI tools to enhance their productivity and efficacy in their sales development activities.

What's my expected ROI?

While results can vary by industry and even month-to-month, our end goal is to ensure you are happy with your flow of qualified opportunities.

Once at full speed, our SDRs can provide you with up to 20-25+ qualified opportunities per month, with up to 3 appointments per day.

What is this going to cost me?

SCAIL is refreshingly affordable compared to hiring your own sales personnel. The average NA SDR comes in at around $100,000 USD (and that’s the lower end), not to mention the need for your own lead generation, CRM, equipment, software, management, and so on. The general rule of thumb for one average-skilled, in-house SDR is ~$140,000.

SCAIL’s dedicated SDR package starts at $3,000/month. That gets you about half an SDR or about 20 hours/week focusing on your business. You can double it (and not give it to the next person) and have a full-time SDR dedicated only to your business for $6,000 USD/month. That’s comes out to $72,000/year, which is 48.6% cost savings over an average SDR. If you were to compare a similarly-skilled NA SDR, you’re looking at ~70% cost savings.
